Another planting event today, so you guessed it, we have a new total in our quest to plant 1,000,000 within five years. We are now at 986,786 trees with two planting events left in 2016 next week. I would like to thank all of the organizations which were so instrumental in getting our reforestation program where it is today Zoo Boise, Denver Zoo, Disney Conservation Fund, Association of Zoos and Aquariums Conservation Grant Fund, Irwin Andrew Porter Foundation, Arbor Day Foundation, New England Aquarium, SOS – Save Our Species, Fondation Segre, and last but not least, Omaha’s Henry Doorly Zoo and Aquariums, Omaha’s Zoological Foundation and Conservation Genetics staff.
